What type of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, cash, Spektrim Selfcare Studio gift cards and Venmo.
How can I make an appointment with you?
We try to make scheduling as easy as possible. We use Fresha, an online scheduling system that can be accessed 24/7/365. Use the schedule now link (see below) that can be found on the top of the web page in the navigation bar. You will be redirected to our web-based scheduling platform. Our schedule is based in real time so you will see what is available at that given moment. If you do not see your desired appointment time, it is likely that it is already booked. If you are having trouble scheduling an appointment, please call the studio.

Where are you located?
We are located in the Northwest Bank Bridgeville Plaza. We are accessible from both Washington Ave. and Station St. If coming from Washington Ave., use the bank entrance to the right (the entrance and exit are labeled with large arrows) and proceed to the building behind the bank. We are at the front of the building the door labeled 1 to the far left. If entering from Station St. pull up the hill and take a left and then pull right to park in front of the building. At this point, continue to the far-left hand labeled 1. We will see you soon! :)

Are your facilities accessible to people with disabilities?
While we are located on the first floor, the entrance door does have a low thresh hold that may need extra attention to for those using mobility devices. Additionally the restroom is on the smaller side as it is original to the buildings construction and may be a challenge for those using larger, battery powered mobility devices such as scooters or wheelchairs.
What else should I know about Spektrim?
Spektrim Selfcare Studio is a LGBTQ+ and neurospicy safe space. We know how personal selfcare services are and that many folx from these communities feel they couldn't safely have these services provided to them. At Spektrim we believe everyone who wants to access our services should be able to do so and be able to "come as you are" meaning, be your authentic self and know you can relax in a comfortable environment. Also, as a whole, we will always accommodate everyone's needs, to the best of our ability. If you have any special request, please feel free to address them in your client intake form or contact the studio directly.
